Hi, I’m Lauren Phillips! I design spaces people remember—stores that are functional, beautiful, and full of thoughtful details. I’ve led store design and visual merchandising for brands like Marine Layer and Ted Baker London, and I’ve consulted for standout clients like Formula 1 and Salvatore Ferragamo. I thrive in emerging and rapidly expanding brands, turning ambitious ideas into spaces that grow with a company’s vision.

I love tackling design challenges head-on—whether it’s figuring out the perfect fixture, optimizing space, or creating a display that stops people in their tracks. I also have a knack for building functional, high-performing departments, establishing processes and systems that help teams work efficiently while delivering exceptional results. Collaboration is key for me; I work closely with teams, vendors, and stakeholders to make sure every design is not only elevated but also functional and on-brand.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me chasing sunsets at the beach, exploring the latest cool restaurants, wandering new cities, walking my dog, or just soaking up time outside. I love discovering little pockets of inspiration everywhere I go—it keeps life and creativity vibrant.
